Business Challenge

A major Kozhikode tuition center managed exam sheets and student attendance logs on physical folders. Parents lacked instant visibility on marks, and student tracking was slow.

The Solution

I architected Caliber Edu Hub's management system. Developed exam modules to enter, index, and calculate student grades, complete with attendance logs and parent sms notifications.

Key Features

Attendance tracking dashboards Enables teachers to record and view student attendance via an intuitive web interface. Replaces manual registers and automates the verification of minimum attendance rules.
Exam marks management Allows administrators and teachers to enter subject-wise test scores directly. It acts as a single source of truth for all academic evaluations.
Grade calculation engine An automated script that processes entered marks against grading rules. It calculates GPA, flags failing grades, and compiles student performance portfolios instantly.
Student attendance history Provides parents and students with a historical record of attendance. Used to identify patterns of absenteeism and trigger automated email or SMS notifications.
